Q. How long will it take to receive my item?
A. Our aim is to make and dispatch within 48 hours but please allow upto 7 working days (10 days at holiday times)
Q. How do you make my items?
A. I use a brother innovis 500 and embroider each design onto your item
Q. How can i pay?
A. Pay pal, cheque and postal orders are all accepted ~ just go through the checkout as normal and at the
end there are 2 buttons one or pay pal or one for payment by cheque/postal order.
Q. i`d like something special made can you do it?
A. The easiest answer to this is please just ask! we can only say no!!
Q. It won`t let me order.

Q.Do you have wholesale prices?
A. Yes please visit this page there is no minimum order but you will have to pay the courier charge of £8 as p&p is not included
Q.How much is postage?
Q. Can i track my order?
A. Yes, if you register for an account BEFORE you place an order, then once you have placed the order we will be able to keep updating your account with the appropriate details. We can also keep you updated on the progress of your order.
Q. How do i find my tracking number
A. Once you have logged into your account, click on customer details, then order history, you then need to click on the order number to the left of the page, which will then take you to your order and at the very bottom will be a notes section where we will add tracking numbers and any other notes needed.
Q. Do you embroider company logo`s on t-shirts?
A. Yes we do for prices please email us at sewandsoaps@aol.com with your requirements and we will get back to you with a price.

Q. What is your returns policy?
A. We aim for 100% satisfaction! If however, you are unhappy with a product for any reason, please return your item within 7 days of receipt for a refund. We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded. Return an item within 30 days in perfect condition together with original packaging and we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned. (unless an error has occured in spelling or such like)... You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our office. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. Credit can be used against your next order.
