T&C's for dropshipping
You are responsible for placing the orders online and providing us with the correct details.We will not take responsibility for orders that have gone missing due to incorrect delivery details
You are responsible for entering your discount code at the check out stage.
Orders are only accepted once paid for when placed online.We strictly do not accept orders by phone, email or fax.
You pay 80% of the retail price (ie 20% discount) p&p is free.
Orders must be paid for online either by credit card, nochex, google checkout or Paypal. We do not offer account facilities for our dropshipping service.
We will take responsibility for resending any missing parcels.However, prior to us resending the parcel you are responsible for:
requesting the customer to first check their address is correct.
checking you have given us the correct address.
ensuring the customer has checked the parcel is not at their local Royal Mail collection office (whether a card has been left or not).
The majority of our collection is held in stock.However, for personalised goods please allow upto 5-7 working days for delivery
It is your responsibility to regularly familiarise yourself with new lines and discontinued lines
Any items that are faulty, or incorrect etc should be returned to us and a replacement will be sent free of charge.In such circumstances you will need to advise your customer of our return delivery address. (this should be done within 7 days)
